Buffer Tank

• Tanks with capacities varying between 100 liter and 5000 liter are offered for the use of our customers.
•   The number of plates used in the tank are consistent with the tank volume so as to ensure homogenous heat distribution is achieved and heat accumulation is prevented. Thus the air trapped in water is easily separated and discharged from the upper part of the tank.
•   It is delivered as insulated perfectly in order to minimize the energy loss.
•   External surface is protected against corrosion with two layers of industrial primer.
•   Flange connections with dimensions designed in accordance with the tank volume are ready to assemble to the  system.
•   There are fittings for air relief valve and discharge valve.
•   It is tested under a pressure that is 1.5 times higher than the operating pressure  before delivery to the customer.
