BOILERS

PRODUCT CODE : MIB0001

CATEGORY : BOILERS

BOILERS

• Used for the preparation and storage of hot water

• It is in wide capacity range with 80-1000 l models

• Produces fast hot water because of serpentine

• It has sanitary water hygiene certificate (PZH)

• It is upright type, takes up little space

• Boiler inner surfaces are hygienic with high technology titanium added enamel coating.

• It protects the water temperature for a long time because of 50 mm polyurethane insulation.

• All surfaces that come into contact with clean water are hygienic and smooth, which does not allow bacterial growth.

• Protected against corrosion with magnesium anode rod

• Immersion type thermometer is used in all models

• Boiler body and coil material are St 37/2 steel

• Electric heater (optional)

• The boilers are boiled using fully automated manufacturing methods. Thus, the manufacturing quality was created at the highest level, and the errors caused by the human factor were completely eliminated.

• For Boiler tanks to be enamel coated, products recommended as steel suitable for enamel coating are used. If the tank is enamel coated without using steel grade suitable for enamel coating, the enamel coating is poured over the sheet within a very short time and the tank is easily drilled due to corrosion.

• In Enamel Coating Facilities, robots controlled by PLC units are used in the cleaning, drying, enamelling and firing processes of the warehouses. All process steps are free from human factor and the possibility of errors is eliminated.

• Boiler tanks are designed in accordance with enamel coating. Warehouses to be enameled contain more specific construction details than other warehouses. Because of special design, the boiler tanks provide full compliance with the enamel coating process, and since it does not contain an enamel defect, it ensures long-term storage life.

• The inner surface of the boiler tanks is enamel coated. Enamel coating of the inner surface of the tank means glass coating of the inner surface of the tank. Thus, hygiene in the environment where the potable water is stored is best provided and the corrosive substances in the water are prevented from damaging the storage sheet.

• Resistance of the tank to water corrosion is ensured not by the thickness of the tank sheet, but by the quality of the enamel coated inside.

• All enamel types used in coating tanks where potable water is stored contain titanium material.
